parent company, was established in
August 1978, and is a large General
Insurance Agency specializing in the
surety bail bonds. We have agents
operating in the States of Ohio, West
Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland and
Virginia. The corporate office are
located at 808 Main Street, Bridgeport,
Ohio. Our company also owns
and operates a Twenty-Four (24)
Answering Service (American Answering
Service.) which serves a cross section
of the business and professional
community. Our geographical location is
at the Far East central border of the
State of Ohio directly across the bridge
from Wheeling, West Virginia. The
corporate office sits 45 miles from
Pittsburgh, Pa., 120 miles from
Columbus, Ohio, 180 miles from

Washington, DC. We sit within 800

development of our other operations has
led to the necessity for computer
personnel who purchase and maintenance
our computer networks, including a
network professional on site. The
company’s reputation throughout the
legal, professional and business
community has led to the development of
a retail computer operation that sells,
designs, install and maintenance
computer and network equipment to a
myriad of clients. We also operate a
network based equipment sales company,
American Discounters. That company
offers new and used equipment for sale
on E-Bay and other auction sites.
